Every protocol is a bet: that the patients exist, and that they can be reached. Feasibility usually takes months. Your first answer comes back in one business day.

Upload your planned study protocol, or send us the essentials: the indication, the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and your recruitment goals. Our AI reads it the way a feasibility team would. Then our feasibility team checks the answer.

Three answers,
before you commit.

Do the patients exist?

We check every eligibility criterion against documented patient data, structured and unstructured, and estimate how many people match.

Where are they?

We map where matching patients are treated: in university clinics, in outpatient practices, or only reachable through social campaigns. Then we name the sites that could carry your study.

What should you do next?

We lay out the feasibility steps we’d take from here, and tell you honestly when a broader population would be the wiser choice for your study.

As deep as
the study needs.

Most protocols start at Level 1 and go deeper only where it pays off. Each level also stands on its own, so you can start at Level 2 or Level 3.

01 Level 1 — Rapid Check

An answer in one business day.

Our AI reads your protocol against public sources, from trial registries to epidemiological data, and against our own map of the sites and investigators running trials in Germany. Does the population exist, where is it, and where should the study go from here? Nothing goes out before one of our feasibility experts has signed off.

02 Level 2 — Patients and Investigators

Counted patients, and a doctor who wants them.

For your indication, we search the databases of the university clinics and outpatient practices that treat it. There we count the patients one by one: not “roughly ten should exist,” but ten people at a named site who match every single criterion. In parallel, the principal investigators there receive your study proposal and send back their interest, capacity, and questions.

03 Level 3 — Site Feasibility

Ready to run. Legally, too.

Everything between a promising site and a running one: we work through contracts, staff, capacity, and equipment with each site, and confirm that it can run your protocol under the applicable regulatory requirements. The study that looked feasible on paper becomes a study that starts.
